Nice to meet you, I'm Axelle Clauzel

I am a psychologist, Gestalt therapist and Ericksonian hypnotherapist, and I am the creator of the Hipnogestalt method. My therapeutic approach is deeply shaped by my own journey of growth and overcoming challenges, which brings me great empathy and resilience. My foundation is grounded in a strong background in Psychology and Psychopathology, but my practice was revolutionized when I discovered Gestalt Therapy and Ericksonian Hypnosis.

I was fortunate to learn directly from the sources, training in Gestalt Viva with Jesús Elecalde (disciple of Claudio Naranjo) and deepening in Ericksonian Hypnosis with referents such as Jeffrey Zeig (disciple of Milton Erickson) and Daniela Constantin, whose unique vision has enriched my way of working. To this I add an integrative perspective that draws from the richness of Psychoanalysis (especially the influence of Lacan in France), the Systemic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), PNL and other currents and practical tools, allowing me to offer you a holistic, personalized and effective accompaniment towards your well-being.

In which languages do you offer therapy?

I can attend you in Spanish, French and English.

Yes, I offer both modalities to adapt to your needs. The face-to-face sessions are in my office in Barcelona (Calle Bruc, 88, 5-4), and the online sessions are done by secure video call.

My way of accompanying you is always adapted to you and your needs. Depending on your problem, we can work from Psychotherapy, which offers you a space for dialogue and deep understanding to explore what is happening to you. For certain specific blockages or to connect with your inner resources in a more direct way, Ericksonian Hypnosis is a very effective tool. And my main approach, HypnoGestalt, integrates the present experience of Gestalt (so that you feel and understand your patterns in the “here and now” and can “take back the reins”) with the depth of Hypnosis, thus allowing us to go beyond the conversation to address the root of the problems and mobilize a complete change adapted to you.

The Ericksonian Hypnosis I practice is a very respectful and natural approach. It is not about losing control or awareness, but about focusing your attention inward to connect with your own inner wisdom and resources. You will be aware at all times and actively participate in the process. It is a safe and powerful tool to facilitate positive change.

I understand your feelings. Many patients come to me in precisely that situation. HypnoGestalt, by integrating work with deep unconscious patterns (Hypnosis), can often “disarm anchored mechanisms” where other approaches perhaps fall short. If you have tried other things without the expected result, this approach may offer you the key you.
